From May 6th to May 10th, Davis Dermatology would like to show our appreciation for our community’s Nurse’s, Receptionist’s, Teacher’s and Military Spouse by offering 10% off any single service, package deal or product.

SPECIALS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. SPECIALS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS. Employment Verification is required at time of purchase. Purchase can be made in our office or over the phone. If a purchase is completed over the phone, employment/paystub verification must be emailed to info@davisdermatology.net or faxed to our office at (530)756-5758. This special is only valid from May 6th to May 10th during our normal business hours. If service is not started by May 31st, 2019, the nonrefundable deposit or amount paid thus far will become a credit towards a regular priced item. Purchased single service, package services, or product must begin or picked up within 15 days of purchase. If the purchase is under $500, a $50 deposit is required and full payment will be required before the beginning of the service. If a purchase is over $500, a $200 deposit is required and full payment will be required before the beginning of the service.
