How does it work?
CoolTone uses magnetic pulses to stimulate powerful muscle contractions. These contractions are stronger and more complete than the body can contract on its own. As a result, the treated muscles become stronger, more toned, and more defined. CoolTone is FDA-approved for treatment on the abdomen, glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
Am I a good candidate?
Most patients are candidates for CoolTone. Patients who are pregnant, with a heart condition requiring a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator, or metal implants in the treated area are not candidates for this treatment.
How much does it cost?
$2000 for a package of 8 treatments. (Restrictions apply. Price is subject to change without notice.)
Does it hurt?
Patients experience a series of intense involuntary contractions that last a few seconds, followed by periods of rest. These contractions are intense but tolerable.
What is the downtime?
There is no true downtime, but some patients may feel soreness of the treated muscle for 2-3 days after treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
We recommend 8 sessions within a 3-4 week period.
When will I see results?
You may start to see or feel results as quickly as 2-3 weeks after treatment.
How long do results last?
Maintenance treatments may be needed in 6-12+ months, depending on degree and type of exercise performed by the patient. Recommended maintenance treatment is one treatment every 3-6 months.
Are there any side effects?
Temporary muscle pain, soreness, spasms, and temporary joint and tendon pain have been reported.

What to Expect

BEFORE
Wear comfortable clothes with no metal to the appointment. Remove all watches, jewelry, cell phones, and electronic devices from the treatment area.

DURING
The applicator will be placed over clothing. The patient will experience a series of involuntary muscle contractions followed by periods of rest for 30 minutes.

AFTER
After completion of the treatment cycle, the applicator is removed and the patient is permitted to leave.
