Neck rejuvenation treatments can help reduce the signs of aging including sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles, mild laxity (loose skin), and unwanted fat. We offer a variety of minimally invasive treatments to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Our VirtueRF Platform is the only microneedling RF platform available. It combines three great treatments into one amazing treatment: 36-gold tipped microneedles, radiofrequency, and red or blue light. It has three unique handpieces: SMART RF,  DEEP RF, and EXACT RF. These handpieces are the most advanced microneedling RF devices available. They allow for customized settings that can deliver stronger, more effective treatments than the Vivace and other microneedling devices for optimal collagen stimulation. The SMART RF is indicated for most areas including the face, neck, eyes, chest, and hands. For more tightening, we recommend the DEEP RF indicated for the neck and body. Finally, for eye wrinkles, eyebags,  horizontal necklines, radial lip lines, and some acne scars, we recommend the EXACT RF which allows for very precise collagen stimulation.

Patients tolerate the procedure well after topical numbing. Mild settings have no downtime, while more aggressive settings may have 1-2 weeks of visible dots.  

For more enhanced results, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) can be applied to the neck after microneedling RF. PRP is isolated from the patient’s blood, from a blood sample taken at the time of treatment. The PRP contains growth factors that allow the skin to respond to the treatment faster and better.

If patients are looking for tightening, but are not comfortable with microneedling, we have a more comfortable option called Exilis Ultra. Exilis Ultra utilizes two energies, radiofrequency and ultrasound to stimulate collagen and tighten the neck. This treatment is very tolerable and has been compared to a hot stone massage. There is no downtime and patients can return to normal activities immediately after treatment. 6 treatments are recommended at 1-2 week intervals.

Just like the face, the neck skin can start to look dull and uneven. If this is the case, then a light resurfacing with Coolpeel is a great pick-me-up. The Coolpeel is not a peel, but a specially designed CO2 laser that is gentle enough to treat the very delicate skin on the neck. For more information on CoolPeel click here.

Botox is one of the most versatile treatments. Botox is a muscle relaxant. It softens the muscle contractions that cause the skin to wrinkle. It can also be strategically placed to add definition to the neck and jaw.  Botox can soften the vertical and horizontal neck bands, lengthen the neck called “Barbie Botox,”  define the jawline known as the “Nefertiti Lift,” and soften the masseter muscle for a more heart-shaped face. It is great to do in combination with other treatments.

Also known as non-surgical liquid liposuction. Kybella is an FDA-approved injection treatment that permanently destroys fat cells without the downtime and risk of traditional liposuction. It is FDA-approved for the area just under the chin called the submental area, but has been used to treat the neck and jowls. Three treatments are usually recommended. Downtime primarily consists of bruising and swelling and may last 1-3 weeks.

Coolsculpting is an FDA-approved treatment that can be used to contour the area under the chin and neck by freezing unwanted fat cells. Freezing destroys the fat cells which are then removed by the body. The treatment is tolerable without anesthesia and there is no downtime or chin strap necessary to wear as in traditional liposuction. There is usually less swelling than Kybella.
