Insurance Information

Thank you for choosing Davis Dermatology for your skin care needs. Davis Dermatology is a procedural-based dermatology office. We specialize in skin procedures. We perform the procedures that your primary care or medical dermatologist, seen with your medical insurance, will not do because it is not covered by your insurance. Some examples include: mole removal for medical or cosmetic reasons, cyst removal, leg veins, lasers for redness from Rosacea, and age/wisdom spot removal. In fact, several patients with insurance have informed us that Botox for migraines and sweating is more affordable in our office even though their insurance partially covers this treatment. 

Most dermatologists who accept insurance have a 6-month waitlist. Our waitlist varies from same day to six weeks depending on the time of year. 

While we do not accept insurance the medications and labs we write for may be covered by your insurance. We highly recommend checking with the pharmacist and lab if they accept your insurance.
